1️⃣ Return and Exchange Policy:
- Products can be returned or exchanged within a maximum of 3 days from the date of receipt, provided the customer covers the shipping costs.
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and in the original packaging without any signs of use.
- If an incorrect product is delivered, Catlina will bear all shipping costs. The customer may choose between receiving the correct product or a full refund. Notification of such issues must be made to our customer care team within 1 day of receiving the order.
2️⃣ Damaged Items:
- If the product is damaged in whole or in part during shipping, customers must document and report the issue immediately upon opening the package. Claims submitted after 1 day of receipt will not be considered.
3️⃣ Non-Returnable Items:
- For health and safety reasons, pet clothing and pet beds are not eligible for return or exchange. This is to prevent potential cross-contamination between pets.
4️⃣ Credit Card Information:
- Catlina does not store any credit card details. Transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways approved by the Saudi Central Bank, ensuring the utmost safety for our customers.
